We all know that these times have certainly been strange, and guidelines surrounding COVID-19 are ever- changing.
But here at the VBC we want our customers and staff to feel at ease when visiting, having everyones safety at highest priority.

We’ve put together a few simple steps to follow when you are visiting- wether it be for sitting in, or if your taking away!

*Face coverings are to be worn upon entering the VBC, and whilst moving around the premises. Once seated at a table, you are able to remove your face covering. Take away customers must wear a face covering at ALL TIMES.

*NHS Test & Trace system must be used upon entering the Cafe by ALL customers. QR scan codes available on all tables.

*Social distancing is paramount- table service, socially distanced table configurations, and contactless payments from the table where applicable. No till service (unless for takeaway.)

*Antibacterial hand santiser is available on each table, at the till point, and at various sanitisation points around the Cafe.

*Regular deep cleaning of all public and non-public spaces will be taking place throughout the day. Each table is cleaned with antibacterial spray thoroughly before a new customer is seated, along with issuing new disposable menus, and cutlery.

*Windows and doors will remain open where possible to increase ventilation.

*Our Bird-box (situated in the carpark) will be open for takeaways*– to ease congestion from the main Cafe till point.
*Providing we have enough staff to maintain this facility. 

*If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or feel unwell- please do stay at home.
