We are back… and we couldn’t be happier!

We are so pleased to finally have our gates back open to you lovely lot!! Our staff have been well rested and are back with even bigger smiles to welcome you all. To settle us back in the swing of things we have spent the last week serving up our delicious cakes, coffees – in actual coffee cups may we add, what a buzz! As well as our wide range of food, anything from Eggs Benedict on our breakfast menu to Bubble and Squeak on our specials board, you have loved it all! Our chef is thrilled to be back serving up a huge selection of delicious treats, as are our bakers. They have been hard at work throughout it all to provide the goods we all need.

Afternoon teas – As of Monday 24^th May we will have opened our afternoon tea diary up for new bookings, we serve our famous Afternoon Teas from 11am – 2:30pm Monday to Sunday. Our diary will be open for bookings until the end of 2021 so this gives lots of opportunity to book in for our famous afternoon teas at any time throughout the year. Although it may seem a little early to be thinking about the festivities and Christmas time just yet – we will be taking bookings for our festive afternoon teas as of Monday. So don’t miss out!!

Safety – To keep you all safe, we are taking all measures to provide a safe and relaxed experience for all our customers, whilst also getting as many people seated as we can. When entering our gates, we provide the NHS track and trace QR code that can be scanned through the app on your mobile phone. However, if you do not have access to the app, no panic, we can manually take your details down so no one will be missed. We appreciate all your patience and understanding throughout this time.

The Birdbox – We hope you all love our birdbox just as much as we do!! It has now returned to its original home outside our café. It provides an outdoor takeaway option for our customers so no extra waiting time when you want to grab a warm sausage roll or sarnie on-the-go. Our birdbox will be open every day the weather allows us to be.  If the shutters are down and the rain is falling – we welcome you all into the warm and dry to grab some delicious treats.

Parking – please remember whilst visiting us you must register your car using the iPad provided, this is located near the entrance to our inside cafe area by doing this it will allow you a permit for 2 hours from when you entered the car park.

It has been a year of high and lows for everybody, we are eternally grateful for all the support we have received over this time and the kind words in house and messages on our social platforms.
